01. The order
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
We begin preparing orders shortly after they’re placed, but if you reach out within 12 hours to info@luneetlueur.com, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
How do I know my order was received?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Yes! We offer complimentary tissue wrapping with every order. You can also include a handwritten note—just leave your message in the notes section at checkout or reach out to us at info@luneetlueur.com with your order confirmation and we will help you.
02. Shipment
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary by location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. and select international locations. Shipping costs and times for international shipments will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
03. Special orders
Can I request a custom piece?
We occasionally accept special requests for bespoke pieces depending on available materials. Email us at info@luneetlueur.com with your idea.
Can you recreate a sold-out item?
Since many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind vintage elements, we can’t always recreate exact designs—but we’re happy to make a similar style if possible.
Do you offer bulk or bridal orders?
Yes, we accept a limited number of bulk or bridal commissions. Contact us early to secure your date and discuss design possibilities.
04. Returns, exchanges
Can I return my item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To begin a return, please email info@luneetlueur.com. Customers are responsible for return postage. Please note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@luneetlueur.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@luneetlueur.com.
For exchanges, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
